We are a group of individuals who love, and have respect for the art of music. Our goal was to create a website where we could share our love with the rest of the world. Every material posted on this site is treated in a professional manner. We are an AD free site for your convenience and pleasure. You should be able to visit our site and enjoy nothing but pure music.

Rating and reviewing new albums is where we first started off. Music is an amazing profession and we thought that the artists’ works should be treated with the right attitude. Gold Star Critic maintains a standard where we rate and review albums based solely on the music. Too many artists are being over looked or treated badly because of their personal lives. We believe that music is music and good music should be heard and appreciated throughout the world no matter who the artist is. When the website was finally published, the response we got back was amazing. We soon began branching out and exploring new ideas to incorporate into the website. Gold Star Critic has formed into a website/blog that is all about the power of ART. Although we still are mainly a music blog, we love sharing cool music videos, interviews, documentaries, photos and anything else we find interesting. Little by little we grew and progressed becoming what we are today.
